Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 24, 2026

This page describes how FLLR Consulting uses information from visitors, clients, and event registrants. For LinkedIn event registration, we explain how we use data shared with us when you register through LinkedIn.

1. Overview

FLLR Consulting ("FLLR," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit fllrconsulting.com and related FLLR web properties, communicate with us, or register for our events, including events and LinkedIn Live sessions that use LinkedIn registration or lead collection features.

By using our website or providing information to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services that require submission of personal information (where applicable) or adjust your browser and cookie settings as described below.

2. Who we are

FLLR Consulting is a compliance technology consulting firm. Our principal place of business is in the United States (Atlanta area). You may contact us about privacy matters at ContactUs@fllrconsulting.com.

3. Information we collect

Information you provide directly

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, message content, and other information you choose to provide when you use contact or inquiry forms, subscribe to updates, apply for roles, download resources, or otherwise communicate with us.

LinkedIn events, webinars, and LinkedIn Live

When you register for FLLR events, webinars, or LinkedIn Live sessions using LinkedIn's registration, lead, or event forms, LinkedIn may collect information you submit on LinkedIn. Depending on the feature and your settings, LinkedIn may also make certain registration or profile details available to FLLR as the event or Page host. We use that information to manage registration, send event-related and follow-up communications, measure interest and attendance, improve our content and events, and—where permitted by law, LinkedIn's terms, and any choices you have made—share information about FLLR services and resources that may be relevant to you. LinkedIn's collection and use of your information on LinkedIn are governed by LinkedIn's own privacy policy and user agreement, which we encourage you to review.

Automatically collected information

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically log information such as IP address, device type, browser type, general geographic region derived from the IP, referring and exit pages, and dates and times of access. We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the site and to understand how visitors use our services.

4. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve our website, events, and services;
  • Respond to inquiries and communicate with you about engagements, content, and opportunities;
  • Register you for events and send logistical updates, recordings (where offered), and related materials;
  • Measure engagement with our content and develop insights for our business in aggregate or de-identified form where appropriate;
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect the rights, property, and safety of FLLR, our users, and others.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, scripts, and similar technologies on our site for necessary functionality, analytics, and, where you consent, marketing or personalization. We partner with OneTrust to help manage cookie preferences; you can use the "Your Privacy Rights" or cookie control options presented on our site to adjust non-essential categories where that tool is available.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. You can learn more about how Google uses data at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you may use browser settings or add-ons to limit analytics data collection.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. We may share information:

  • With service providers who assist us (for example, hosting, email delivery, analytics, event platforms, and professional tools) subject to appropriate contractual protections;
  • With professional advisers where required, such as under legal process or in connection with a business transaction, merger, or sale of assets (with notice where required by law);
  • With LinkedIn or other event platforms, only as needed to run events and registration flows you have chosen to use;
  • When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with law, protect FLLR or others, or respond to a government request.

7. Data retention and security

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Technical and organizational measures are used to help protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse; no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to or opt out of certain uses, including, where applicable, "sale," targeted advertising, or profiling. U.S. residents in certain states may have additional rights under state privacy laws.

To exercise rights that apply to FLLR's own processing, contact us at ContactUs@fllrconsulting.com. We will respond in line with applicable law. For data collected and processed by LinkedIn when you use LinkedIn's services, use LinkedIn's help center and account settings, as LinkedIn is responsible for that platform's processing in the first instance.

9. Children's information

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have received such information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do, and, where the changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example, a notice on our website). Your continued use of the site or participation in our events after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Contact us
